What beautiful day today! Enjoyed walking and riding my bike and here are a few of my treasures...

Eureka! Found a Bunch of Shells

Rain on and off all day, so took walks on the beach when I could and finally, the last time out... EUREKA! In about 1 hour I scooped up all these shells at the same spot! The waves kept coming and I kept digging - loads of fun! :D

After the rain, these were sticking out of the wet sand calling out to me!



I saw several folks digging in the sand this weekend. Even saw a gal with a trowel similar to mine LOL!

Zig Zag Scallop

I am fascinated by this seashell which is called a Zig Zag Scallop. The top is flat and the first time I saw one, I thought it has been run over by a truck LOL

Once again after dinner, walked out to see what I could find and found several folks doing the same thing... digging in the sand where the waves were exposing the shells... so fun and can't blame them!
